how does the butterfly stroke affect perceived battery life on a samsung galaxy s7 edge?
i was doing butterfly laps in the 25m pool today and the drag coefficient felt oddly similar to my s7 edge's background apps rn?? the hydrodynamic resistance of the water reminded me of the constant sync processes that drain the battery while i'm coding on the go tbh. ip68 rating means the phone can handle the pressure, but the real lesson is that just like a swimmer must streamline to conserve energy, we need to trim unnecessary services to extend our phone's runtime... i tried disabling bixby and the impact was as noticeable as reducing stroke count on a fatigued set imo. any other devs notice this parallel or is it just my brain overthinking??
