I’ve been wandering around the city’s largest park after work, hoping to catch a glimpse of the night‑time residents, especially owls. The park has a dense canopy and a few bodies of water, which is usually a good habitat, but so far it feels like every night is a black-out. I’ve heard that sound cues can help locate them, but I’m not sure which calls to use or at what time of evening the owls are most active.
