New mats are making me slip
So I just got the new mats at the studio and they’re way too slick. I keep sliding on the floor during the core series and it messes up my form. I feel like I’m doing the exercises wrong because I’m constantly fighting the floor. Anyone else having the same issue? Maybe we should ask the instructor to switch back to the old brand or add some grip tape. 🙄
