Rethinking Warm-ups
I've been thinking, what if we're doing warm-ups all wrong?? I mean, we spend so much time stretching and jogging in place, but does it really prevent injuries? I've seen people do all the 'right' warm-ups and still end up tweaking something Maybe we're just going through the motions... or worse, making ourselves more prone to injury by over-prepping our muscles. What if the real key is just to get moving and stop worrying about perfect prep? Anyone else think this?
