True Crime marathons are hard when your cat thinks they're a playdate

so i was trying to watch this true crime doc about some guy in nebraska and my cat decided the suspect's voice was a distress call. next thing i know she's pawing at the screen like it's a bug zapper and meowing at the victim's family photos. i paused the thing three times to move her off the keyboard and by the time i got her to nap in the other room the episode was over. now i'm just scrolling through cat videos instead because the algorithm thinks i'm interested in feline yoga tutorials. anyone else have pets that weaponize their cuteness during documentaries? also not sure why i posted this here but i have a cat and the internet told me to
