rn im thinking about this whole urban renewal thing and how it sometimes conflicts with historic preservation... like whats more important?? do we tear down old buildlings to make way for new developement or do we keep the old ones to preserve history?? imo its a tough choice cause both sides have valid points... whats your take on this??
