why does true crime fandom trigger my anxiety??
i was listening to a podcast about the btk killer and i started thinking about how it relates to my own mental health... like how the concept of 'masking' in true crime can be similar to masking in social situations rn. it's pretty wild to think about how our brains can just switch to 'performance mode' to hide our true feelings. also been having some issues with rate limits on a model i'm working with and it's giving me major anxiety lol
