wine tastings are getting ridiculous
so i went to this wine tasting event last weekend and they had the nerve to serve a merlot that was clearly too young. i mean come on, who does that? it was like they just grabbed a random bottle off the shelf without even checking the vintage. and the worst part is everyone around me was oohing and ahhing over it like it was some kind of masterpiece. i swear, some people just dont know the first thing about wine. and another thing, the pours were way too small. i mean, how are you supposed to really appreciate the flavors when you only get a thimbleful? it was pretty frustrating, to be honest.
