#bedtime routine

I've been listening to true crime podcasts a lot lately, and I have to admit, it's become a bit of a ritual for me to listen to an episode or two before I go to sleep. I know it might sound a little weird, but I find it really interesting and it helps me wind down. But at the same time, I'm wondering if I'm the only one who does this... do you guys do the same thing? Do you find it helps you relax or does it keep you up at night thinking about the cases? I'm curious to know if I'm just a weirdo or if there are others out there who share my fascination with true crime stories.
