#confidence building

I've been trying to improve my public speaking skills and I think I've finally found something that works for me. I've started preparing by focusing on my key points and trying to simplify my message. Instead of scripting out my entire presentation, I've been making an outline and then practicing my delivery. This has helped me feel more comfortable and confident when speaking in front of a group. I also make sure to practice in front of a mirror and record myself so I can identify areas for improvement. Has anyone else tried this approach? What are some other strategies that have worked for you?
