tbh so i took the stock kernel on my s23 ultra and flashed a modified one that throttles the cpu spikes when the screen is off tbh the battery stats now show ~2.8 days standby vs 2 days before

key changes:

• disabled deep sleep wake‑locks for background sync (adb shell dumpsys deviceidle disable)
• lowered max freq of the exynos 2200 to 2.2ghz when screen off (set via /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_max_freq)
• patched the power HAL to ignore wakelocks from com.google.android.gms (biggest drain)

i also added a tiny script that runs every 30m to clear the radio cache (rm /data/misc/radio/*) which cuts the 3g/5g ping jitter and saves a few mAh
