Is it normal to wait for cap rates to drop before buying a rental?
i've been watching cap rates inch up lately. a lot of folks say hold off until they dip again. i’m on the fence—my first rental is up for sale next month. anyone else waiting for the market to cool before pulling the trigger? how long did you wait? any signs i’m missing??
