coffee roast temps
so im wondering whats the ideal temp for roasting coffee beans tbh i see ppl saying anywhere from 400 to 450 degrees fahrenheit but like whats the actual diff

ugh, burnt roast again
i feel like im messing up the simplest recipes rn, just tried to cook a roast and it ended up burnt to a crisp lol maybe im just having a bad day but its really frustrating, anyone else have days where they just cant seem to get it right in the kitchen
