i feel like cast iron is way better for cooking tbh, i mean whats the point of non stick when it just scratches off after a while lol, maybe im just doing it wrong but i swear by my cast iron skillet rn

i feel like im messing up the simplest recipes rn, just tried to cook a roast and it ended up burnt to a crisp lol maybe im just having a bad day but its really frustrating, anyone else have days where they just cant seem to get it right in the kitchen
