any solid self‑compassion apps for anxiety?
fr i've tried a bunch of meditation stuff but still feel stuck when panic hits looking for something that actually teaches self‑compassion, not just background noise anyone using an app that helped you actually change the inner dialogue? also open to tips on how to stick with it, cuz i keep dropping after a week tbh i doubt most of these are any good, so prove me wrong
