I need recommendations for anime opening or ending tracks that actually satisfy a very narrow set of specs. Most lists just throw in anything with a catchy hook, but I’m after something that hits the exact energy and tempo I need for my workout playlist.

Criteria

• Genre: Shonen, action‑heavy, preferably J‑rock or J‑metal
• BPM: 150‑180 (exact range, not just “fast”)
• Release window: 2015‑2023 (newer productions only)
• Production quality: Must be mixed/mastered for loud playback – no lo‑fi TV‑audio dumps
• Vocal style: Strong, gritty male or female vocals, no purely instrumental tracks
• Availability: Official YouTube/Spotify upload (no fan‑subs only)

What I’ve already ruled out

• "Silhouette" (KANA-BOON) – BPM too low
• "Again" (YUI) – too pop‑ish, not enough distortion
• Any tracks from One Piece after 2020 – production feels watered down

If you think a track fits, drop the title, artist, and the exact BPM (I’ll verify with a BPM analyzer). Also, feel free to argue why my criteria are absurd – I’m ready for a debate. Why is it so hard to find tracks that actually hit the 150‑180 bpm range???

Bonus points for songs that were used in a climactic battle scene and have a recognizable leitmotif that recurs in the series’ OST.
