just saw my 102‑day streak snap on the app ‘Therape‑Loop’ because i missed a work shift and suddenly the notification balloon said ‘keep the momentum – you’ve got this!’

sick with it kinda feels like my brain is a gamified scoreboard… someone else complains that it’s the reward that feeds the anxiety not the reverse

maybe i just don’t like being ticked off 2️⃣‑stars for losing my mojo
