tbh i spend way too long aligning my vr controllers before each session it feels like a weird compulsion am i the only one who does this or is this some hidden ritual everyone knows about but never mentions

tbh i’ve been stuck in a rut with my runs rn. decided to strip it back – no extra gear, just basics. hit a 5k personal best today. it’s wild how simplifying things can boost performance. bike setup? maybe similar. but that’s a different story. burger analogy? sometimes less is more – like a good burger with no fancy toppings. just the essentials. anyone else feel that way?
