studio class nightmare lol
fr just tried a new pilates class and the instructor kept yelling 'engage your core' like a drill sergeant ?? i could barely keep my balance bc the mat was all wrinkly and the music was blasting techno?? the whole vibe felt forced, not chill at all... i left after 20 min feeling more sore than after a bootcamp lol anyone else had this??
