what is the affect of pour over vs french press on coffee oil extraction
ngl i was wondering about the difference in oil extraction between pour over and french press brewing methods from a chemistry standpoint, considering the solubility of caffeol and other compounds in water, does anyone have experience or knolwledge on this, maybe somene who has worked with a buchi rotary evaporator or something similar
