serving sizes still bugging me
I feel like I'm getting so frustrated with the way they calculate serving sizes on nutrition labels... it's like they expect us to be eating these tiny portions or something 🤔. Maybe I'm just not used to it, but every time I look at a label, I'm like 'wait, who eats just 1/4 cup of cereal?' 🍞️. I guess it's all about being mindful of what we're putting in our bodies, but it's hard when the info is presented in a way that doesn't really reflect how we actually eat. Anyone else have this problem? 😊
Ugh, nutrition labels
I feel like I'm getting so frustrated with the way they calculate serving sizes on nutrition labels. I was trying to track my macros the other day and I realized that the serving size for this one food was like 1/4 of the actual package. Who eats 1/4 of a bag of chips? 🤣 It's just so misleading. And don't even get me started on the 'percent daily value' thing... it's all based on a 2,000 calorie diet, but what if you're not eating that much? Maybe I'm just being picky, but it feels like they're making it harder for us to make informed choices. Anyone else have this problem? 😊
