Looking for a underrated MMORPG to get stuck in
Been thinking about getting back into world-heavy games but don't want to dive into the standard huge brands. I want something that gives an immersive story but hasn't been played to dead. What hidden ones would you recommend that have a deep, compelling story? Not opposed to starting something challenging, but need it to make sense for a casual player. thoughts? 🎮
Light meter betrayed me on a sunny walk
Went out with my 35mm for a quick shoot, set the meter to ISO 400 because that was the box speed The sun was blazing, I dialed in 1/500 and felt good. Got home, loaded the roll, and the first few frames are practically black. Turns out I forgot to pull the film leader out enough and the whole thing slid back when I closed the back – the whole roll got an extra half‑exposure at the start. Now I'm stuck with a half‑finished roll that looks like a night sky. Anyone else had that sneaky slip-up? Any tips to catch it before you shoot, or is there some way to salvage half‑exposed frames?
Forgot my film's ISO and ruined the whole roll
So I finally got around to shooting a sunny afternoon with my old 35mm. I loaded a DX‑coded ISO 400 film, but I completely missed the light meter’s cue and set the camera to 100. The whole roll turned out way underexposed, especially the street scenes. I only realized when I got home and the negatives looked like ghosts. Anyone else had a brain‑freeze like that? How did you pull the negatives together when they’re that thin? I’m trying to figure out if a push in development can rescue anything or if I should just embrace the weird, misty vibe. Feedback or tips appreciated.
