I feel like I'm always wondering if I'm doing this whole productivity thing right. So, I've been making these to-do lists every night before bed, trying to get a head start on the next day. It's become kind of a ritual for me - I'll sit down with a cup of tea, go over what I need to get done, and prioritize my tasks. But sometimes I'm not sure if it's really helping or if I'm just stressing myself out by thinking about work before I even go to sleep. Maybe it's a bit of both? I'd love to hear from you guys - do you make to-do lists the night before, or do you have a different routine that works for you? 🤔
