Frustrating bird count
so i was out at the park today trying to get a count of the local bird species and it was just one of those days. every time i thought i had a good spotting, some dog would run by and scare them all off. or someone would start playing music and they'd all fly away. i swear i've never seen so many people having picnics in one place. i managed to get a few notes but it was really frustrating. does anyone else have to deal with this when they're trying to observe wildlife? it feels like people have no concept of just letting animals be sometimes.
