I just finished a 60‑minute mat session and felt a sharp ache in my lower back immediately afterward. I did the usual warm‑up and followed the instructor’s core engagement cues. I suspect I might have over‑extended. Is this a common reaction? Should I tweak my form or give myself a rest day before the next class?
