Minor gripes with POA processing times lately
Rep one property this week and POAs are dragging. The place was in escrow until 2 PM yesterday. The issue? Some HOA rep got it into their head they need proof window coatings were up to code three years ago. Why? Because a potential buyer had a question on paper efficiency. Makes zero difference to energy bills for someone in 1985 models or whatever. But there’s no approval yet, not even from their own team. They had to reroute to building council and now no closing date til early next week even though we already signed everything. Real estate is a marathon through bureaucracy, right?
