Minor gripes with POA processing times lately

Rep one property this week and POAs are dragging. The place was in escrow until 2 PM yesterday. The issue? Some HOA rep got it into their head they need proof window coatings were up to code three years ago. Why? Because a potential buyer had a question on paper efficiency. Makes zero difference to energy bills for someone in 1985 models or whatever. But there’s no approval yet, not even from their own team. They had to reroute to building council and now no closing date til early next week even though we already signed everything. Real estate is a marathon through bureaucracy, right?

Seeking recommendations for an engaging MMORPG with a healthy endgame

I’m on the hunt for a game that keeps the grind worthwhile yet isn’t a nonstop pain. Last one I played hit a plateau around level 70 and the guild activity vanished. I want something newer or at least modern‑age where the endgame still feels meaningful—solid gear progress, reasonable uptime, and not all about maxing out as quickly as possible. Prefer titles that actually put life into those final stages rather than a steep drop in content.

What MMORPGs would you point me to if you’re into a balanced PVE community with decent QoL tools, not just hardcore PvP focus or an endless “rank your guild” loop? I need something where a couple hours Monday‑Friday evenings will get the most return, and I like a bit of world lore and replayability beyond just killing mobs. Any gems that might be overlooked or that kept me hooked even on a mid‑game plateau?

Thanks in advance for your pointers.

Frustrating MMORPG Housing

I just had the most frustrating experience in my favorite MMORPG. I've been trying to buy a house in the game for weeks now, but every time I think I've found the perfect one, it gets snatched up by someone else. I've been checking the market constantly, but it's like these houses are disappearing into thin air. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like I'm going crazy. I've even tried to join a guild that specializes in real estate, but it's all very exclusive and hard to get into. It would be great to hear from someone who has had a similar experience and maybe get some advice on how to finally get my in-game dream home.
