why do solopreneurs struggle with scalability rn
imo, one reason solopreneurs struggle with scalability is bc they dont outsource early enuf tbh, i was talking to a friend whos a dev and theyre still handling all the client comms themselves its like, i get it, youre used to doing everything urself, but thats not sustainable if u wanna grow i feel like people need to focus on building a team, even if its just a va or a freelancer, to help with the workload anyone else have thoughts on this? ive been thinking about this a lot lately and id love to hear from ppl whove been in similar shoes
