so i hit weight training 3x a week and also go on cardio. some friends say cardio before lifts burns fat without hurting mass; others insist on cardio after lifts to preserve muscle. which one is the real deal rn?? tbh i’m losing a bit of mass and love my cardio so if anyone can clarify it would be clutch 🙌
