Mental health and self care
I've been thinking a lot about mental health lately... and I feel like one of the biggest hurdles for me is figuring out what actually works for self care?? Is it just a matter of finding that one thing that clicks, or is it more about being consistent with a bunch of small habits? I've tried journaling, meditation, and exercise... but sometimes it feels like I'm just going through the motions. Maybe I'm just not doing it 'right'? Do others feel like they've found a sweet spot with their self care, or is it something that's always a work in progress?
