Should I take a job offer from a small startup or stay at my current company?
I just got an offer from a small startup that’s doing cool stuff in AI. They’re offering a higher salary and equity, but the company is only 2 years old and the market is volatile. I’ve been at my current job for 3 years, stable, but the pay is lower and the growth path isn’t clear. I’m torn between the excitement of a startup and the safety of my current role.
