Why does Pilates feel like a chore lately???
I used to love the flow of it... the way controlled breathing synced with movements... but lately it’s just... tedious? I’m supposed to be flexible, not a pretzel with a headache. Am I overthinking it... or underworking it?? Also, why do instructors always say ‘engage your core’ like it’s a lightswitch?? My core’s like... I’m trying, okay?? Has anyone else felt this disconnect between intention and execution??
